Chad workshopped his play Where Is Miss Stone?, directed by Lily Kanter Riopelle, with Clubbed Thumb, where it was a finalist for the 2022 Biennial Commission.
Diana’s play Walk Away, Anna May had a reading directed by Aneesha Kudtarkar with the Juilliard Asian Drama Association.
The Omnivores were invited to participate in the Creative Producing Summit hosted by New Dramatists, the Venturous Theater Fund, Andy Bragen, and Megan Carter.
Chad’s play I’m Repeating Myself—our second production—was mentioned three times in the Staff Picks editors’ end of the year lists.

"I really am feeling like it’s the time to try and forge your way in smaller theatres—to start your own theatre company in a smaller city. So when I’m teaching playwrights, I’m often pointing them to playwrights who have started their own theatre companies, whether it’s someone like Young Jean Lee or 13P. Students that I taught at Hunter immediately left and created a company called the Omnivores, and they’ve produced two plays here in New York at the Brick."

Lauren’s play Zeus 4 wrapped up its main stage run at Pace University, directed by Jaclyn Biskup.

Lauren had a reading of her play Zeus 4 at New Dramatists, where she was the 2024 Princess Grace Fellow.
Diana’s play Sex and the Abbey—our first production—was recommended by Helen Shaw in The New Yorker:
“A medieval miniature…after the peace of the show’s sixty-five minutes, the world outside feels too rough for our flourishing.”
Phillip was named a Dramatist Guild Foundation Fellow for 2024-2025.
Ian’s play Lio wrapped up its run at Teatro Circulo.
Ian was named a Tow Fellow.
Chad started with the Clubbed Thumb Early Career Writers’ Group.
Lauren won the Princess Grace Award for Playwriting.
