  • Chad workshopped his play Where Is Miss Stone?, directed by Lily Kanter Riopelle, with Clubbed Thumb, where it was a finalist for the 2022 Biennial Commission.

  • Diana’s play Walk Away, Anna May had a reading directed by Aneesha Kudtarkar with the Juilliard Asian Drama Association.

  • The Omnivores were invited to participate in the Creative Producing Summit hosted by New Dramatists, the Venturous Theater Fund, Andy Bragen, and Megan Carter.

  • Chad’s play I’m Repeating Myself—our second production—was mentioned three times in the Staff Picks editors’ end of the year lists.

  • Phillip directed Fifth Planet and Other Plays by David Auburn at Hunter College, and spoke with the playwright during a talkback with production dramaturg Christine Scarfuto, our beloved director of the Playwriting MFA program at Hunter.

  • Chad was a semi-finalist for the 2026 Page 73 Playwriting Fellowship.

  • Lauren had a reading of her play Snowbirds, directed by Will Steinberger, at The Cell, where Lauren and Will are 2025/2026 Resident Artists.

  • Phillip directed The Maenads by Stephen Foglia at the Tank.

  • Diana started the Lila Acheson Wallace American Playwrights Program at Juilliard.

  • Our former teacher and forever spiritual guide Lisa D’Amour gave us a shout out in American Theatre magazine:

    "I really am feeling like it’s the time to try and forge your way in smaller theatres—to start your own theatre company in a smaller city. So when I’m teaching playwrights, I’m often pointing them to playwrights who have started their own theatre companies, whether it’s someone like Young Jean Lee or 13P. Students that I taught at Hunter immediately left and created a company called the Omnivores, and they’ve produced two plays here in New York at the Brick."

  • Lauren’s play Zeus 4 was nominated for the Playwrights Center’s Venturous Plays List by Shayok Misha Chowdhury.

  • Diana was a Spring Residency Artist at Baryshnikov Arts Center. Working with Charlotte Bydwell, she had a reading of a new untitled play with movement.

  • Lauren’s play Zeus 4 wrapped up its main stage run at Pace University, directed by Jaclyn Biskup.

  • Our production of Chad’s play I’m Repeating Myself was recommended by Elisabeth Vincentelli in The New York Times.
