"I really am feeling like it’s the time to try and forge your way in smaller theatres—to start your own theatre company in a smaller city. So when I’m teaching playwrights, I’m often pointing them to playwrights who have started their own theatre companies, whether it’s someone like Young Jean Lee or 13P. Students that I taught at Hunter immediately left and created a company called the Omnivores, and they’ve produced two plays here in New York at the Brick."

• Chad was interviewed in the Brooklyn Rail.

• Chad’s show I’m Repeating Myself was included in a New York Times theater round up.

• Lauren had a baby.

2024

• Lauren had a reading of her play Zeus 4 at New Dramatists.

• Phillip was named a Dramatist Guild Foundation Fellow for 2024-2025.

• Ian’s show Lio wrapped up its run at Teatro Circulo.

• Ian was named a Tow Fellow.

• Chad started in with the Clubbed Thumb Writers Group.

• Lauren won the Princess Grace Award for Playwriting.
